Saraswati Bhawan is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit religious organization which is primarily supported by your donations. Since we are a nonmember organization we do not receive dues, which insures a policy of openness to all interested parties and students. All funds are used solely for the fulfillment of our mission, to preserve the ancient Buddhist yogic tradition through our projects and activities. Since all board and staff members are volunteers, our administrative costs are very low. We rely on your generosity to support the development of our projects, which include the P’hurba Peace Mandala Temple, the Lama Dawa Memorial Stupa, translation of essential texts and the development and maintenance of the retreat center, P’hurba Thinley Ling, in Lansing, Iowa.

This is an excellent way for students to contribute.
